Job Description
Electrical Engineer Automation & Robotics
We’re building next-generation intelligent automation systems that help robots adapt, learn, and perform in real-world manufacturing environments.
We’re looking for an Electrical Engineer who wants real ownership — designing and deploying electrical systems for advanced automated equipment and robotic welding cells from concept through commissioning.
If you enjoy hands-on engineering, solving complex problems, and seeing your designs come to life on the floor, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Design electrical systems for automated equipment using SOLIDWORKS Electrical
Create schematics, panel layouts, I/O lists, and BOMs
Architect power distribution, grounding, and protection systems
Specify PLCs, safety devices, motion components, and controls hardware
Develop & debug PLC programs (Allen-Bradley / Studio 5000, Delta, CODESYS)
Support builds, FAT, installation, and commissioning
Troubleshoot and improve systems using real-world feedback
Collaborate with mechanical, controls, robotics, and manufacturing teams
What We’re Looking For
2–6+ years designing electrical systems for industrial automation or machinery
Experience with SOLIDWORKS Electrical or similar ECAD tools
Strong understanding of industrial power distribution & wiring standards
PLC hardware and controls experience
Familiarity with machine safety systems
Robotics or robotic welding experience is a plus
