Educational Consultant for Special Projects-School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) Program Manager
Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN)
The purpose of this position is to manage and coordinate the implementation of the Prioritizing Attracting, Preparing, and Retaining School Psychologists: Delivering Mental Health Services to Students in High-Need LEAs grant under the direction of the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) and the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN). Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day grant operations, coordinating recruitment and outreach efforts, collaborating with graduate programs and partner organizations, and supporting interns and supervisors through professional development and program activities. The position also manages application and participation processes, ensures compliance with grant requirements, and coordinates data collection, reporting, and evaluation activities to support effective program implementation.
Requirements include: Masters Degree and PA School Psychologist PK-12 Certification, with minimum of five (5) years of professional experience. Previous experience with grant implementation is preferred.
Statewide travel is a requirement of this position.
