We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for a Level 3 position. The successful candidate will operate and perform setups on CNC machines, load and unload machines, and conduct quality checks.Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines efficiently and accurately.
Perform setups for CNC machines, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.
Load and unload machines while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure the finished products meet all specifications.
Troubleshoot issues and perform necessary adjustments to maintain machine performance.Essential Skills
A minimum of 3 years of CNC Machining experience.
At least 1 year of experience reading and interpreting blueprints.
2+ years of experience with tool changes and offsets.
Strong knowledge of machine setup.Additional Skills & Qualifications

This position offers a choice between first and second shifts. The first shift operates from 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. The second shift options are 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, or 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday, both with a $2 shift premium. The facility offers a 90-business-day contract-to-hire opportunity.Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
