Job Title: Set Up OperatorJob Description
We are seeking skilled set up operators to join our team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. Ideal candidates will have experience in machine operation, setting up machinery, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance. New hires will undergo a comprehensive training program on the 1st shift before transitioning to their designated shift. Operate machinery and perform final inspections on products.
Make adjustments to machinery for height, speed, and feed.
Work from drawings and blueprints.
Obtain raw materials prior to performing job duties.
Organize products into designated areas.Essential Skills
Machine operating or higher-level assembly experience.
Experience in troubleshooting or preventative maintenance on machinery.
Ability to lift 45 pounds.
Proficiency in working from blueprints or drawings.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a fabrication shop or automotive industry is beneficial.
Candidates with backgrounds from Lennox, Stanley Black & Decker, and similar companies tend to perform well.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicopee, MA.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.29 - $24.29/hr.
