Production Operator

Shift: Monday-Friday 12:00PM-8:00PM

Pay Rate: $19.00-21.00/hr based on experience

Location: Orangeburg, NY 10962

Summary

Performs basic filling and packaging functions. Uses automated and manual methods in accordance with established Quality standards and cGMPs.

Job Duties:

Responsible for filling all products into primary vials.

Loading and unloading products.

Pull prepared material per production schedule.

Performs repeated tasks reconciliation at the end of the order; return and transfer components and data entry

Ensuring pre/post filling equipment parts are cleaned and sanitized for production runs cleanliness of filling equipment.

Maintains all production areas in a clean and orderly manner which is consistent with GMP.

Set up and change-over all the filling lines, perform necessary adjustment, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on the filling equipment, including crimping equipment.

Handles basic administrative and semi-skilled work routines.

Manages operation of non-complex technical and/or mechanical tools and equipment.

Demonstrates proficiency of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices.

Responsible for completing and maintaining all required company training.

Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. Requirements:
