Recruiter (Global Markets Remote)

Base Salary: PHP 40,000 + Uncapped Commission (Potential Earnings: PHP 300,000 – PHP 1,500,000+)

About the role

As a Recruiter (Global Markets) at Success Matcher Recruitment, LLC., you will play a vital role in sourcing and securing top talent for our esteemed clients across diverse global markets. This is a full-time position based in the Philippines, offering the opportunity to work with a wide range of international companies and collaborate with our talented team of recruitment professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Source and engage high-caliber candidates across global markets

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, coordination, and offer closing

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand hiring requirements

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Meet and exceed placement and revenue targets

Qualifications

Required:

At least 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting

Demonstrated success in candidate placements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred:

Experience in legal, fintech, technology, or startup hiring

Exposure to US or UK recruitment markets

Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and Boolean search

Compensation

Base Salary: PHP 40,000 per month

Commission: Uncapped

Potential total earnings range from PHP 300,000 to PHP 1,500,000+, depending on performance and successful placements.
