Software Engineer (Labview OR C++)

We are seeking an Engineering Programmer with a specialization in LabVIEW to design, develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions for automated test systems, data acquisition, and control applications.

This role is crucial to product development, system validation, and production support by creating reliable and efficient LabVIEW-based applications that interface with complex hardware systems.

Responsibilities * Design and develop software solutions using LabVIEW for automated test systems.

* Maintain and optimize existing LabVIEW applications.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and system validation.

* Support production by creating reliable and efficient software interfaces with hardware systems.

Essential Skills * Proficiency in LabVIEW and at least one level of LabVIEW certification OR C++ and SQL * Strong programming in C++ and SQL.

* Experience with industrial test equipment and environmental test rooms.

* Proven ability in measurement and data acquisition systems, software integration, and hardware integration.

* Strong interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience interfacing software with hardware.

* Exposure to electrical systems is preferred.

* Experience in small-to-mid-size companies.

* Prior work in industrial, manufacturing, or test equipment environments.

* Experience supporting customers onsite.

* Leadership or mentoring experience.

Work Environment This position is within a smaller company of 12 people located in Fenton, MO.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $43.00/hr.
