Job Description
* Lead daily field activities on commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
* Manage subcontractor performance, weekly coordination, and site logistics.
* Oversee site work and utilities from initial groundwork through punch-out.
* Maintain clear communication with clients, inspectors, and the project team.
* Collaborate with PMs to support scheduling, documentation, and project reporting.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
* 5+ years as a Superintendent with a GC, with stable tenures at past employers.
* Strong leadership presence and polished, professional client-facing communication.
* Proven experience in site work, utilities, and leading projects from dirt to completion.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable with construction software (Viewpoint experience a plus).
* Ability to hold subcontractors accountable while maintaining strong relationships.
