Job Description

Oversee multifamily projects from footers through certificate of occupancy.

Manage daily site operations, schedules, financial tracking, and documentation.

Direct and support assistant superintendents for framing and punchout.

Coordinate with lower-tier subcontractors, maintaining accountability and productive relationships.

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance while representing the company professionally onsite.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

5+ years in multifamily or commercial ground-up construction, ideally with fire-suppression system exposure.

Strong decision-making skills and ability to operate independently.

Proven record guiding projects without escalation or adversarial subcontractor interactions.

Organized approach to paperwork, daily logs, and schedule management.

Stable career history and experience proposing solutions-not just raising issues.

Base salary ranging from USD $95.000 to USD $120.000
