About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that directly influence company growth, operational efficiency, and revenue outcomes. This role goes beyond traditional project management—owning program strategy, driving executive-level initiatives, and ensuring measurable business results.
The ideal candidate is a strong operator and leader who thrives in complex environments, can influence senior stakeholders, and has a proven track record of delivering large-scale programs.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive multiple enterprise-level programs aligned with company strategy and revenue goals
Partner with executive leadership to define program vision, priorities, and success metrics
Lead cross-functional teams across operations, finance, product, and external partners
Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance (including ROI tracking)
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively implement mitigation strategies
Establish and track KPIs, ensuring programs deliver measurable business impact
Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple initiatives
Drive process optimization and continuous improvement across departments
Present program updates, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
Lead change management initiatives, including system implementations and organizational transformations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field (MBA preferred)
8–12+ years of experience in program or project management, operations, or related roles
5+ years managing large-scale, cross-functional programs or portfolios
Proven experience managing budgets, financial forecasting, and business performance metrics
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership
Demonstrated success driving operational improvements and strategic initiatives
Advanced proficiency with project/program management tools and data analysis
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
Experience in high-growth, enterprise, or consulting environments
Background in operations, finance, or supply chain leadership
Experience leading digital transformation or large-scale system implementations
