Machine Operator

The Advance Group has partnered with a company in Temperance seeking Machine Operators. This company specializes in the steel industry.

Job duties for the Machine Operator include:

Operate a Tube Mill machine

Input production results into computer

Operate a forklift and overhead crane

Use measuring devices (calipers)

Level cored wire

Other duties as assigned

Requirements of the Machine Operator:

Strong problem solving skills

Mechanically inclined (ability to perform minor maintenance)

Prior forklift and crane operating experience

Able to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis

Hours for Machine Operator:

1st Shift- 7am-3pm, must be available for daily OT and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits for Machine Operator:

Starting pay is $18.00hr

This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate
