We are seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Runner who takes pride in creating exceptional experiences for others. Profit Sharing and 401k Plan is available to employees who are at least 21 years of age, have a minimum of one year of service, and have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours in a calendar year. The Club matches a portion of employee contributions.

YOUR ROLE: RUNNER

Under general supervision, a Runner is responsible for delivering food promptly and efficiently with enthusiasm and pride, while supporting the overall operation of the pool, beach, and Beach Club restaurant. This position also assists with the setup, breakdown, and cleanliness of pool and beach seating/umbrellas to ensure an exceptional experience for members and guests. Runners work closely with the servers and pool staff to ensure that members' requests are fulfilled promptly. The role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an outdoor, fast-paced setting while maintaining the club's high standards of service.

What We're Looking For:

Customer Service Experience: A passion for helping others and providing exceptional service.

Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions, and carry or transport food or supplies as needed.

Positive Attitude & Team Player: Friendly, approachable, and able to work well with a diverse team.

Availability: Must be at least 15 years old, with availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
