About the Role: We are seeking a creative and curious Learning Experience Design Intern to assist in the design, development, and delivery of engaging learning programs across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience through collaboration with instructional designers, curriculum specialists, learning program managers, and business stakeholders throughout the entire learning lifecycle—from design and content development to program coordination and improvement. Your innovative ideas and fresh perspectives will help enhance our learning culture.
This internship is ideal for students or early-career professionals passionate about Learning & Development, instructional design, and program coordination in a corporate environment.
Interns may be aligned to enterprise L&D initiatives or specific programs (such as the Mainframe Academy) based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Design & Content Development:
Assist in creating digital, blended, and instructor-led learning materials.
Support the development of microlearning, videos, simulations, and other engaging learning assets.
Ensure learning content is accessible, inclusive, and centered around the learner.
Contribute ideas to enhance learner engagement and overall experience.
Learning Technology & Data Support:
Upload and manage learning content in our Learning Management System (LMS) and/or Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
Assist in basic reporting and analytics to measure engagement and program effectiveness.
Test and pilot emerging learning tools and technologies, including AI-enabled solutions.
Program Coordination & Delivery:
Help plan, organize, and deliver learning programs, including logistics and materials preparation.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and vendors.
Assist in program documentation, communications, and follow-ups.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
Collect and organize feedback from learners and program stakeholders to drive enhancements.
Compile summaries or visuals for program reviews.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement from a learner-centric perspective.
Our summer internship serves as an entry point into our 12-month rotational program, which aims to foster full-time employment and develop well-rounded junior associates with great potential. Each summer, we select two interns to join Ensono full-time and experience different departments through 3-month rotations. Ideal candidates should be graduating in Winter or Spring 2026 and interested in full-time opportunities afterward.
Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Communications, or a related field.
Genuine interest in Learning & Development, talent management, or program coordination.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools, including AI platforms.
Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

The hourly wage for this position is $20.00 based on a full-time schedule and may vary based on factors like skills, experience, and business needs.
