As a Project Installation Leader, you will spearhead successful project execution, ensuring each installation aligns with our high standards, customer expectations, and budget goals. You will manage the company’s installation partners and guide their teams daily to implement related management policies effectively. Earn Over $90,000 Annually - Base salary starting at $60,000 to $68,000 plus bonuses

Oversee the installation process from scheduling to the final walkthrough

Manage the labor force, ensuring projects remain on track and all safety measures are upheld

Confirm contract obligations, fostering transparency and customer trust

Deliver excellent customer service as the main point of contact for homeowners

Manage materials, labor, and expenses to maintain cost control without sacrificing quality

Ensure timely payments and follow-ups, keeping jobs under 30 days

Utilize Salesforce daily with accurate data entry and effective usage

Manage the fleet of trucks assigned to the office Requirements

Proven leadership in installation, construction, project management, or a similar role

Knowledge of Basement Waterproofing and Foundations is advantageous

2+ years of experience supervising on-site construction personnel

Typical work hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility required during peak seasons or periods of increased workload

A valid driver’s license with a clean record is required

Experience with Office 365, Salesforce, or other CRM software is beneficial

Physical ability to lift up to 65 lbs
