About the Role
Sigma Inc. is seeking a Senior Multimedia Producer to support a high-impact Strategic Communications & Marketing team in Boston, MA.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing video production, photography, and event execution across a dynamic, fast-paced organization. You will lead creative projects from concept through delivery, ensuring high-quality multimedia content across social media, digital platforms, broadcast, and live events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage video, photography, and event production initiatives end-to-end
Direct on-site shoots, including logistics, crew coordination, lighting, audio, and equipment
Provide creative direction and visual storytelling aligned with brand and campaign goals
Collaborate with marketing, branding, and executive stakeholders to define content strategy
Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production workflows
Develop scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production schedules
Manage budgets, vendors, freelancers, and external creative agencies
Guide post-production editing, including pacing, structure, and final delivery standards
Support and execute corporate events, activations, and internal productions
Maintain and organize digital asset libraries (photo/video content)
Manage and publish content via platforms like Sprout Social
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5–10 years of experience in video, photography, and event production
Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing multimedia work
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) or Final Cut Pro
Experience with Frame.io, Asana, or similar production/project tools
Strong knowledge of video/photo equipment, lighting, and production techniques
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and budgets
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in agency, studio, or in-house creative teams
Background producing content for social media, digital campaigns, broadcast, and events
Experience with large-scale event production and live activations
Work Environment & Additional Requirements
Hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite in Boston, MA)
Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on production schedules
Ability to travel to various shoot/event locations as needed
Must be able to pass background checks and required screenings
