Salary: $95,040 - $135,000 plus annual target bonus

Position Responsibilities:

Develop and implement external and internal communications programming for the business and ensure consistent corporate image /company brand is communicated and maintained across all internal and external outlets

Aid in the development, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive external and internal verbal, visual and written communication practices

Support the communication needs of the business and its leaders, by driving and executing various communication initiatives and programs

Manage the day-to-day execution of employee communications, attend meetings and events, gather data, and create communications to disseminate information to employees and stakeholders, as appropriate

Oversee and manage the company intranet, including reviewing, editing, and publishing company news, announcements, and ongoing content generation

Support organizational initiatives by creating communications and other promotional tactics to distribute information to employees and stakeholders inclusive of change management plans

Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree and 5 plus years of related experience, or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 8 plus years of related experience.

Experience with electronic communications (intranet, video, social media).

Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Education and Experience:

Strong knowledge of food and beverage distribution industry and trends.

Experience with SharePoint.

Experience with content design.
