This role offers the chance to lead estimating efforts on large-scale, high-profile projects while mentoring junior team members and shaping preconstruction strategy.

Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Estimator with extensive preconstruction and estimating experience.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience estimating complex projects valued $20M+ and will bring both technical expertise and leadership to the preconstruction team.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the preparation of detailed cost estimates on large, complex projectsReview project documents, identify risks, and develop strategies for accurate cost forecastingOversee subcontractor/vendor outreach, bid evaluations, and scope reviewsGuide and mentor junior estimators, providing leadership and technical expertiseCollaborate closely with project management, field operations, owners, and design teamsDevelop and present proposals and budgets to executive leadership and clientsMonitor market conditions, material pricing, and labor availability to inform estimatesContribute to company growth by participating in business development and pursuit efforts QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred10+ years of estimating experience in commercial constructionDemonstrated success estimating projects of $20M+Strong leadership and mentorship abilitiesProficiency with estimating and preconstruction software toolsExceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $115,000 – $155,000 (commensurate with experience)Annual bonus and profit-sharing programComprehensive benefits packageClear leadership track with opportunity for continued career progression
