Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area.
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all aspects of landscaping, maintenance, and property care are executed to the highest standards.
Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, managing service schedules and contracts, identifying opportunities for additional services, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
The role is integral to supporting operational excellence and client satisfaction.
This is a salary role with commission structure for: Annual Revenue value of all Grounds Maintenance Contract renewals of one-year or more, New Ground Contracts (completely new customers), and final revenue on Enhancement Work.
Qualifications3+ years of Account Management or client-facing experience preferredLandscape or service-based industry experience preferredLMN software experience a plus Customer Relationship Management, Client Communication, and Customer Service skillsProject Management, Scheduling, and Organizational skillsSales, Contract Negotiation, and Business Development experienceExperience in the landscaping, grounds maintenance, or related industries is a plusProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work on-site and manage multiple client accounts concurrentlyBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or related fields is preferred
