Machine Operator

Location:

Worcester, MA

Hours:

Monday – Friday: 7am – 3pm

Position Duties:

Operate rubber manufacturing machines and monitor production processes

Load materials, inspect finished products, and report issues

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

Maintain a clean workspace and assist with basic machine maintenance

Complete production logs and work with the team to meet daily goals

Position Requirements:

Entry-level; no experience required (training provided)

Ability to follow instructions and perform basic math

Comfortable working in a loud, hot, and humid manufacturing environment

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Reliable, dependable, and interested in long-term employment

Flexible for shifts/overtime and have reliable transportation

Spanish is a plus, not required

Pay Rate:

$17.50/hour, plus quarterly profit sharing and opportunities for pay increases through internal certifications...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
