Construction Manager – Industrial Boiler Construction

Location: Cheyenne, WY (On-site with travel)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

This role is based in Farmington, NM and supports industrial construction projects across a multi-state region including Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and the western 1 2 of Nebraska. The organization is a leader in complex industrial boiler and power-generation construction, delivering large-scale projects ranging from $10M to $100M+. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a competitive salary range of $147,500–$160,500 plus a highly lucrative bonus structure.

This is a high-impact, field-first leadership role where you’ll own projects from RFQ through completion. You’ll operate with autonomy, managing client relationships, driving execution, and ensuring profitability across multiple projects. ️ Travel Expectations

Up to 50% travel depending on project demands

Mix of:

10–20+ years of construction experience

5+ years in a Construction Manager, Superintendent, or similar leadership role

Manage labor productivity and resource allocation

Track costs, forecast trends, and protect project margins

Experience with:

Safety Leadership (Critical)

Leads safety as a core part of execution, not a separate function

Hands-on experience managing:

Confined space entry (boilers, ductwork)

Work at height

Hot work in high-risk environments

Heavy lifts and rigging operations

Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) in live plant settings

Leads from the front:
