SMT Operators - Temp to hire

We are currently seeking an SMT Operator for a contract position in Norcross, GA. This company is known for its commitment to innovation in the electronics manufacturing industry, providing cutting-edge solutions to its clients.

Need to have SMT operating machine experience.

Shift of the SMT Operator:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Pay Rate/Salary of the SMT Operator:

$20-24/hr Depending on experience

Responsibilities of the SMT Operator:

Operate and maintain Surface Mount Technology advanced placement machines.

Identify and troubleshoot electronic components and manufacturing issues.

Perform daily maintenance on SMT equipment and ensure quality standards are met.

Collaborate with engineering on new product introductions and process improvements.

Inspect circuit boards for defects and record production information accurately.Qualifications of the SMT Operator:

Minimum of one year experience in a PCB assembly environment.

Associates Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
