Keep production and facility systems operating through preventive and corrective maintenance

Diagnose issues spanning mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing

Inspect equipment for safety and performance, then log precise records

Respond quickly to calls to reduce downtime

Collaborate with peers to elevate processes and reliability

Hands-on with basic hand tools

Understanding of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing

Comfort reading and following assignments and documentationMinimum qualifications

1+ year of mechanical work experience within the last 2 years (experience may span multiple employers)

Rehire policy: eligible after 365 days away and fewer than 3 previous terms

18 years or older with valid identification

Physical capability to lift 50 lbs; climb stairs up to 120 feet and ladders up to 60 feet; stand for long periods; and work in hot, cold, and inclement weatherWhat you’re proficient in
