Licensed Practical Nurse – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Brattleboro, Vermont. Start date: 04/28/2026. Duration: Weeks. Earn $1,885-$1,918 per week, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting, including MAR/medication administration, vital signs, and routine assessments.

- Monitor residents for changes in condition, report findings to the clinical team, and document accurately in charting systems.

- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and participate in care planning as part of the interdisciplinary team.

- Administer treatments and perform basic procedures within scope of practice, maintaining safety and infection control standards.

- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care and timely response to call bells and emergencies.

- Support residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity, while promoting quality of life and independence.

Requirements

- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

- Strong clinical skills appropriate for long-term care settings

- Experience with medication administration, documentation, and resident assessment

- Ability to work evening and night shifts

- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on LTC environment
