Developer - Java & Actimize

Job Summary

We are seeking a Java & Actimize Developer to support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) initiatives. This role focuses on developing and enhancing Actimize-based solutions, building APIs, and contributing to modernization efforts including cloud adoption. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Actimize tools and strong Java development skills.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Actimize-based applications for AML/BSA use cases

Build and customize Actimize solutions, including plugins and models

Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks

Design and implement APIs to support system integrations and modernization efforts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Support ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Actimize systems

Contribute to cloud migration and modernization initiatives

Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to development best practices Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Actimize development and tools

Experience designing and developing Actimize models and custom plugins

Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot

Experience with API development and integration

Knowledge of AML/BSA domain and anti-money laundering processes

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Spring Batch and microservices architecture

Experience with cloud environments and modernization initiatives

Experience working in financial services or compliance domains

Experience supporting large-scale or M&A-driven system expansions
