Java Developer

Duration: 6+ months

Compensation: $55-65/hr

Requirements:

10+ years Java (strong OOP) and SQL

Experience with Spring, Hibernate/JPA/MyBatis

JavaScript experience (5+ years)

Experience with Struts and/or JSF

Python (3+ years)

AWS (3+ years)

Experience across full SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, support)

Strong database design and scripting experience

Ability to lead/mentor developers and manage small teams

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship) Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect complex enterprise applications

Develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions

Perform database design and create/modify DB objects

Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and assign work

Participate in full SDLC (design, estimation, development, testing, release)

Troubleshoot defects across custom and third-party applications

Support production systems (monitoring, issue resolution, system health)

Collaborate with business and operations teams to align solutions

Contribute to documentation, change management, and release processes Nice to Have:

Kubernetes experience
