Job Position: Warehouse Associate

Location: Cypress, TX 77429

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Description: The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, maintains inventory organization, and promotes a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against purchase orders

Unload, sort, and store inventory in designated locations

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare shipments and load outbound trucks

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)

Maintain accurate inventory records using scanners or warehouse systems

Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Follow company procedures and safety regulations at all times Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus

Basic computer and data entry skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Physical Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs regularly

Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods

Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures Preferred Skills (Optional)

Forklift certification

Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems

Knowledge of industrial products (fasteners, tools, etc.)
