We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our team in Lewis Center, Ohio. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in C# and the .NET framework to design, develop, and maintain both new and existing applications. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using C# and the .NET framework to meet business needs.

• Design and implement scalable software solutions based on stakeholder requirements.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Collaborate with team members to plan and prioritize development tasks effectively.

• Identify technical challenges and propose solutions to address them.

• Provide ongoing support for applications, resolving issues as they arise.

• Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

• Participate in team meetings, technical discussions, and development activities.

• Ensure code quality by adhering to established standards and practices.• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent detail-oriented experience.

• Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework, with hands-on experience in application development.

• Familiarity with web services, APIs, and modern software development practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.

• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team environment.

• Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.

• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
