In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in supporting hiring efforts, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with relevant experience for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate background and suitability.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with HR policies.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
• Monitor and improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation and reporting.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR administration.• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources administration.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Ability to review and analyze resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in human resources and recruitment.
