Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Assisted Living

Part-Time Working 11 am - 9:30 pm

Pay: $23/hour

As a Licensed Practical Nurse in our Assisted Living community, you will provide high-quality resident care while serving as a leader to Resident Aides on your assigned unit.

Key Responsibilities for our LPN in Assisted Living:

Supervise and support Resident Aides to ensure quality care delivery

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders

Monitor resident health (vitals, intake/output, assessments)

Assist residents with ADLs while supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual needs

Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Process physician orders, lab results, and admissions documentation

Complete accurate charting and ensure timely documentation

Maintain infection control standards and follow safety protocols

Respond to emergencies and follow disaster preparedness procedures

What We're Looking For:

Current Ohio LPN license (required)

1-2 years of long-term care or assisted living experience (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems

Ability to lead, prioritize, and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
