We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated Hotel Manager to lead our team and oversee all aspects of our hotel condominium operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Provident Hotels and Resorts is a professional condominium hotel management company based in Clearwater Florida with over 45 years of experience. Established in 1976, current property locations include both the east and west coasts of Florida including the Florida Keys. Provident's diverse portfolio includes leisure and commercial condominium hotels, extended stay properties, destination resorts as well as vacation rentals Ocean Pointe Suites at Key Largo is set on a private 60-acre oceanfront sanctuary. The property features privately owned, all-suite, spacious condos overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. An ideal destination for enjoying breezy days and abundant sunshine in the Florida Keys.

Responsibilities

Hotel Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that high standards of service and guest satisfaction are achieved.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.

Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and revenue management.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, guests, vendors, and the local community.

Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Manage and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Stay current with Community Association Management and industry trends and implement best practices to enhance the property's competitive position.

Other duties as assigned Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Vacation Rental and hospitality experience required

A bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred along with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a manager, preferably in a condo/hotel environment

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Proven ability to manage budgets, financial planning, revenue management, and capital improvement programs and budgets

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations

Proficient in hotel management software and systems

Exceptional interpersonal skills with an owner/customer-focused approach

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays What can you look forward to?
