We are seeking a full-timeGastroenterology Physician to join a well-established, high-volume GI practicein Durango, CO. This opportunity offers immediate procedural volume with noramp period, strong earning potential, and a clear, near-term path to ownershipin both the GI practice and a physician-owned surgical hospital.
From day one, providers havethe autonomy to tailor their scope mix, clinic load, and schedule, allowing fora practice model aligned with individual clinical interests and lifestylegoals.
Position Highlights:
Immediate procedural volume- no ramp-up period
Strong, stable referral base
Ability to scope 2 days perweek initially, scaling up to 4 days per week
Flexible scheduling with nomandatory call
Optional paid hospital callavailable
Clear and attainable path toequity in both the practice and surgical hospital
Schedule & Call: Full-timeposition with flexible scheduling. No mandatory call requirements. Optional,compensated hospital call available
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accreditedmedical institution
Completion of anACGME-accredited Gastroenterology fellowship
Board-Certified orBoard-Eligible in Gastroenterology
Eligible for Coloradomedical licensure
Strong communication skillsand a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
$450,000 - $650,000guaranteed compensation in Year 1, plus signing bonus
