Middle School Principal for 2026-2027

Qualifications, Education, and Certification:

Valid Texas Principal Certification required

Experience in a secondary classroom preferred

Experience in an administrative (non-classroom) role preferred Responsibilities, Expectations, Special Knowledge, and Skills:

Ability to lead and supervise campus personnel

Possess a high-level of knowledge in curriculum, instruction, and best practices for classrooms

Create, lead, and supervise a campus schedule

Communicate effectively with staff, parents, students, district administrators, and community members

Manage the campus budget and building operations

Prioritize demanding tasks

Ability to problem-solve and utilize strong decision-making skills

Promote high expectations for students and staff

Coordinate state testing and training

Willing to attend and supervise a variety of extracurricular activities

Other duties as assigned
