Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and update records as needed
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary
