About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate leads and drive outbound sales activity.
You will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, and outreach, helping build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads (LinkedIn, Google, databases)
Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
Qualify prospects and book meetings
Follow up with leads consistently
Update CRM with accurate data
Job Requirements
Experience in lead generation, sales, or cold calling
Strong English communication (spoken & written)
Confident on the phone
Target-driven and self-motivated
Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
Working Hours
Minimum: 10 hours/week
Preferred: 20–40 hours/week
Contract Terms
6-month contract (rolling)
3-month probation
