We are seeking a skilled andcompassionate Family or Internal Medicine Physician to join our 100%outpatient, value-based care clinic in Arlington, TX. Our physicians manage bothacute and chronic conditions, while also coordinating comprehensive care incollaboration with specialists. This role emphasizes continuity, preventivecare, and strong patient-provider relationships.

Monday-Friday schedule (someclinics offer extended hours)
Guaranteed base salary of$240,000 with up to 20% annual performance bonus
Monthly compensation forsupervising Nurse Practitioners: $1,250/NP
CME allowance and paid CMEhours

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality,patient-centered medical care
Perform comprehensiveinitial assessments, including medical histories and risk evaluations
Diagnose and manage acuteand chronic medical conditions
Order and interpretdiagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatmentplans
Provide preventive care andpatient education to support long-term health goals
Refer patients tospecialists for advanced or complex care as appropriate
Collaborate withinterdisciplinary care teams, ensuring timely follow-up and communication
Supervise NursePractitioners when applicable (additional monthly stipend provided)
Maintain punctuality toensure patients are seen as scheduled
Requirements
Board Certified/BoardEligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligiblecandidates must be within 5 years of residency completion
Minimum of 1 year ofclinical experience in a primary care or urgent care setting; supervisoryexperience preferred
Bilingual in English andSpanish strongly preferred
Active Texas medical license
DEA license in good standing
