Job Overview
We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused Chat & Email Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing prompt, professional, and friendly assistance through live chat and email.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
Document customer interactions and update internal systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications
Requirements
Strong written communication skills (clear, concise, and friendly)
Previous customer service or support experience preferred
Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM or helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)
Typing speed of 40+ WPM
