Machine Operator Trainee – Night Shift

9:00 PM – 9:00 AM Rotating Schedule About the Role
Kick start your career in manufacturing through a 12–18 month Machine Operator Trainee Program designed to build strong technical skills and long term growth. This hands on role offers comprehensive training in sanitation equipment operation within a clean, heated facility. ️ What You’ll Do
Participate in a structured Machine Operator Trainee program to become proficient in equipment operation
Start with product handling using a pallet jack, then progress to:
Material loading
Machine setup
Basic troubleshooting
Load and unload products from conveyors
Organize materials precisely according to work instructions
Perform repetitive lifting of 20–50 lbs throughout the shift Qualifications
Production or manufacturing experience preferred
Exposure to machine operation
Forklift or pallet jack experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to work overnight shifts and rotating schedules Schedule & Pay
Shift: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
Schedule: Rotating weekdays & weekends
Pay: $20/hour ️ Work Environment
Clean, heated manufacturing facility
Schaumburg location (smaller site with ample space)
Team based setup with 4 employees per side of the machine

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
