Role Overview

We are hiring experienced German-speaking Retention Agents for the Tbilisi offices. The role focuses on retaining clients, resolving issues, negotiating solutions, and protecting revenue through proactive client engagement across phone and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inbound and outbound retention communications in German (phone, email, chat as required)

Identify churn risks and present tailored retention offers to retain clients

Resolve account, trading, or service-related complaints and escalate when necessary

Achieve individual and team retention KPIs and quality standards

Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance procedures

Requirements

Native or fluent German (spoken and written)

Minimum 1 year experience as a German Retention Agent, in financial services/FX/brokerage

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and client-service skills

Willing to relocate to Tbilisi for immediate start

Preferred: Applicants who do not require a visa to enter/work in Georgia

Key Nationalities Exempt from Visa Requirements (up to 365 days): European Union Members: All EU citizens.

Western Countries:UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea.

Regional Neighbors: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Moldova.
