Pre-Hang Door Assembly

Job Description

In this role, you will be a key player in assembling and fabricating prepared components into pre-hung door units. We are a custom pre-hanging door shop. We deal with doors from MDF to fiberglass entry doors. This is a detail-oriented job that requires care and precision. We will train but you need to have basic knowledge of measurements and assembly.

If you have a construction background or experience in door and window manufacturing - you are encouraged to apply!

Qualification:

Know how to read a tape measure.

Know how to use power tools (drill, saws etc..)

Attention to detail.

Stand for long periods of time.

Heavy lifting. Up to 150 lbs.

Building/Assembly experience.

Experience with Kval Door Machinery a PLUS

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all assembled doors meet quality standards and specifications.

Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment as needed.

Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Maintain accurate records of production activities and materials usage.
