Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial and industrial construction projects.

Review drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure complete scope coverage.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams during the preconstruction phase.

Develop bid strategies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and evaluate project risks.

Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of estimating experience, ideally in commercial or industrial construction.

Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
