Crossroads Family Care is seeking a Dentist (DDS/DMD) who is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered oral healthcare in a community-based setting. This role supports comprehensive dental services for patients across the lifespan and is ideal for a provider who values collaboration, prevention-focused care, and meaningful community impact. The Dentist will play a vital role in improving overall health outcomes through accessible and compassionate dental care.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental services including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedures

Deliver preventive, restorative, and basic emergency dental care

Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive practices

Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and interdisciplinary care teams

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic dental record

Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and best practices in dental care

Support community outreach, preventive programs, and oral health initiativesQualificationsEducation and Licensure

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school

Current Texas dental license or ability to obtain

DEA registration (if applicable)

BLS certificationKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Commitment to community-based, patient-centered dental care

Strong clinical and diagnostic skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment

Excellent communication and patient education skills

Adaptability and openness to innovation and continuous improvementWork Environment

Community health center dental clinic setting

May require travel between clinic locations as needed
