To start as soon as possible, part time, fixed term

In the area of Procurement Business Support, you will have the opportunity to gain insight into an innovative and international purchasing organization. You will support the team with a variety of exciting tasks and gain valuable first-hand experience in a large, global organization. You can join us as a working student for 20 hours per week, for a minimum duration of 12 months or longer.

About the role

Focus is the support for the optimal use of SAP Ariba SLP module with specific inquiries and with general questions

Support problem solution of arising user issues in the handling of SAP Ariba SLP

Conducting trainings for endusers for Ariba SLP usage

Reporting of goods receipts and service entries - on behalf of the business

Ad-hoc training and support for company requesters, including support for the EPOS (e-commerce) process within RWE

Working closely with the procurement team to ensure demand is implemented in a process-compliant manner

Ad hoc changes to orders to ensure invoices can be paid on time

Support in the timely processing of open invoices – this includes providing missing information from goods receipt or service recording to ensure that invoices are paid on time

Creation of purchase requisitions in a specific and uniform format and also efficiently support subsequent processes in SAP

Job requirements and experiences

You are successfully studying Business Administration or a comparable course of study

Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel

SAP knowledge and experience preferred but not a requirement (or any other database)

Analytical skills, high resilience as well as an independent, careful and structured way of working

Highly motivated and able to solve even complex problems

You are a dedicated team player and possess good communication skills

Fluent in English (speaking) and German (written and speaking)
