Job Summary:
The Systems Engineering and Test Center's Life Cycle Engineering Directorate is committed to maintaining the safety, reliability, and timely delivery of our products. We are looking for a Logistics Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will support our products from conception through sustainment, enhancing operational readiness.
What You Will Do:
Analyze program data using PRISM manufacturing software to support program leaders.
Develop and present strategic proposals to US Navy customers.
Implement improvements to business systems and spare parts planning methodologies.
Collaborate across functions to support depot and sustainment activities.
Create maintenance, demilitarization, and sustainment plans.
Write and review technical documents for Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL).
Lead the In-service Failure Reporting, Analysis Corrective Action System (FRACAS) initiatives.
Prepare Surface Missile Processing Descriptions (SMPD) to assist customer maintenance and troubleshooting.
Draft Special Processing Instructions (SPI) to guide maintenance personnel for specific tasks.
Validate procedures and work closely with customers to ensure effective implementations.
Provide support for Integrated Logistics Services (ILS) and various depot functions as necessary.
Qualifications You Must Have:
A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience.
Proficiency in factory operations or depot activities.
Experience with PRISM software.
Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after starting.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Familiarity with OPUS and/or LOKI software.
Knowledge of depot hardware inventory, warehousing, and movements.
Experience with US Military programs.
Background in producing/training on maintenance courses, system fielding, or depot/sustainment support functions.
