With over 43 years as a trusted General Contractor specializing in Department of Defense and large-scale commercial projects, we are seeking a Project Manager who can provide the leadership, structure, and expertise needed to keep our projects running with excellence.

This is a senior-level leadership role for someone who is ready to step in, take charge of major projects, and work closely with ownership to ensure success from bid to closeout.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large construction projects from start to finish.

Manage all phases of project lifecycle including bidding, buyouts, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.

Oversee and direct project teams, subcontractors, and field staff, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and Mead Construction leadership.

Proactively identify challenges and provide solutions, while knowing when to escalate critical issues to senior leadership.

Maintain all required documentation, reports, and project records in a professional, organized manner.

Ensure deadlines, budgets, and performance targets are consistently met.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (senior or lead role preferred).

Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, and construction management processes.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build trust and accountability across teams.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication skills — both with clients and internal teams.

Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
