Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer support in a manufacturing environment, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Coordinate effectively between different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Utilize various ERP and CRM platforms to manage customer information and support requests.

Requirements:

5+ years of high-volume customer service experience in a product manufacturing company is a MUST.

Bachelor's degree required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work fully on-site.

Compensation:

Salary $60k to 70k commensurate with experience.
