Job Description

The Role

Are you someone who loves building with AI and is ready to create agents that solve actual

business problems? Jumpmind wants you.

We are seeking an AI Engineer Intern to join and collaborate directly with our team. Got ideas

on how autonomous agents can streamline workflows or handle repetitive tasks? Perfect. You

will not just be researching; you will be scoping, building, and implementing AI agents and

workflows that have real business value and a defined finish line.

If you want to move fast, build real tools, and make an immediate impact, this is your chance.

What You Will Do

Own one primary agent project end to end, moving through the full agent build cycle: problem scoping, design, prompt engineering, integration, testing, and documentation.

Build real agentic tools that drive efficiency and streamline internal workflows.

Put your ideas into action by understanding the problem, designing the approach, building a working prototype, and iterating based on real feedback.

Work directly with real stakeholders to deliver projects with clear requirements, inputs, outputs, and success criteria.

What We Are Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI/ML, or a related field.

A heavy focus on building agents. While traditional coding skills like Python are very helpful, we highly prefer a vibe coding approach. This means leveraging LLMs to rapidly generate, iterate, and deploy workflows so you can build and debug independently without needing to be a senior engineer.

Genuine curiosity about LLMs with a desire to go deeper into how they are used in practice.

Clear written communication skills so you can effectively explain what you built, why you made the choices you did, and what you would do differently.

Bonus points if you have experience with agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI, prompt engineering, APIs, or OpenClaw.

Why You Will Love It Here

Real responsibility on real projects. You will leave with a fully documented portfolio piece featuring one fully scoped and shipped agent tool you can speak to in depth in future interviews.

Direct mentorship from our team on AI engineering, security thinking, and how enterprise technology decisions actually get made.

Hands-on experience with production-adjacent tooling like frontier models, API integrations, agentic frameworks, and real-world MCP server connections that power multi-agent workflows.

Exposure to a fast-moving and deploy AI assisted tools across real business functions.

Final Word

If you are ready to roll up your sleeves, build real AI agents, and learn how enterprise

technology decisions are made, let's talk. This internship is where your ideas turn into real

world impact.
