Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring and operation of oil & gas wells
Record and report production volumes
Maintain and troubleshoot equipment (pumping units, tanks, flowlines)
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental standards
Coordinate with field personnel and management
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a pumper / lease operator required
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and manage a route
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Familiarity with tank batteries, separators, and production systems
Preferred:
Experience managing multiple wells (20+)
Basic knowledge of SCADA or automation systems
Supervisory or foreman experience (for supervisor role)
