Crane Operator (45–75 Ton) – Steady Work, Top Pay, No Corporate BS

We are a busy, established crane service company operating from Ft Collins to Pueblo and we are looking for a reliable, experienced Crane Operator to join our team.

What We Offer:

$35–$50/hour (based on experience and capability)

Steady, year-round work

Well-maintained equipment (45 ton, 50 ton, 75 ton cranes)

Direct communication — no layers of management

️ Some flexibility when schedules allow

No corporate politics, no micromanaging

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

Some Saturdays depending on workload

Requirements:

Valid CDL (required)

Crane Certification (required) NCCO

Proven experience operating 45–75 ton cranes

Ability to show up on time and handle responsibility without constant oversight

Mechanical awareness (ability to troubleshoot is a BIG plus)
