We are seeking a Full time Nurse Practitioner to service our patients in LTC facilities located in Toledo/ Dayton, OH areas. If you are looking to fulfill your career, connect with patients on a one-on-one basis and help them heal and live a better quality of life, we are the place for you.

As an NP, you will participate in weekly bedside wound care rounds. You will establish a plan of care, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Valid NP License in the State of OH

• Wound Care Certification (preferred)

• Wound Care experience

• Working: 5 days a week
