Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Springfield, VT. Start May 11, 2026 for a travel temporary assignment (weeks) with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Weekly pay range: $1,867 - $2,022 per week. Shifts available: Day and Evening. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

- Provide licensed nursing care to long-term care residents per the plan of care.

- Administer prescribed medications and treatments following orders and facility policy.

- Monitor residents’ conditions, document findings, and report changes to the RN and medical team.

- Assist with activities of daily living and restorative care, including mobility, hygiene, and nutrition.

- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment; uphold infection control practices.

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes.

Requirements

- Active Licensed Practical Nurse license in Vermont (or eligible to practice in-state).

- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

- Ability to work day and/or evening shifts as required.

- Strong documentation and communication skills.

- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and work in a skilled nursing care setting.
